Default P0017 and P0015 Code after complete phaser and timing Chain replacement.

Hello I am new to the forum but am at my last straw. I have replaced the phasers, timing chains and solenoids and all went well. I used the 303-1248 camshaft tool to get the motor in time and all timing marks matched. I started the truck up and now I am getting a P0017 and P0015 code, I read the motor with Forscan and the bank 1 exhaust phaser at idle is reading about 42 degrees and when I rev the motor to 2000 rpm it will correct back to 0. One other note I am getting a low oil pressure ocasionally. I did replace the oil pump, cleaning the pickup and made sure the pickup o-ring was installed. Everything seems to be working but getting this code. Now I am wondering if my reluctor wheel on the bank 1 camshaft has maybe moved but cannot find a picture of this reluctor wheel position. Would anyone have a picture of the 2011 to 2012 camshaft reluctor wheel position. Apparently Ford has discontinued this camshaft and I cannot find a good reference. It

It should be noted when I bought this truck the exhast phaser had failed and this was necessitated all of he work. Thanks again and any help or ideas is appreciated. I have opened it up for the 2nd time and would prefer not to do it a third Thanks again
