Another great idea.
We are working on 2 round sizes at the moment,.. Both 5/8" and 3/4" (or: 16mm & 19mm) because those are also popular "round" switch sizes...
Yes, yes, yes!! ... I smell what you're thinking!
Make a completed "blank" - with the countersunk screw mounting holes, chamfered surrounding edges, anodized black - but NO holes.... and anyone can drill the holes where they want & Qnty of switches.
Simply put some "blue tape" over the face of the plate so the Aluminum swarfs don't damage the finish.
Awesome!!! I like it!!

Some info and an update & pics below.

Shown in the first pic is the reason WHY I decided to make this switch panel.
I purchased the nFab front light bar with the PIAA lights from Alex at F150lifts.com when he advertised it for sale when they installed their new set up. (Thanks Alex!)
After already having some custom switches on the left side of the dash & my rigid light switches on the right side, I needed more room without cluttering my dash, so this is why I thought to do this.

Now, at this time, I will need to set things up on here to sell them and create a Junior Vendor account to do so properly. You may contact me via PM on here...or simply email me with the info I provided in one of the earlier posts on here. I work during the day, but will answer after work in the evenings.

At the moment you can see in the pics of the layouts that I will give to the machinist to create. There will not be just one, but two different 4 switch panels that I will design: Same length, 4 switch - Horizontal positioned panel, ...and also a 4 switch - Vertical positioned, but shorter in length.
There will also be a "blank" for those have requested, as well, for those who want to make their own holes for their switches.

There will also be a 6 switch round available in two sizes: 5/8" & 3/4" (aka: 16mm & 19mm) for the really cool LED round switches that are out there. I purchase a few of them that I will use for photos, but those can be purchased from numerous vendors of your choice.

This will take a couple weeks for completion, so thank you for your patience & that will also give me time to get set up correctly, too.

I have purchased the rockers that I used, wholesale. I have about a dozen of each color right now, but they can also be found on eBay. Keep in mind that by the time you pay their shipping, it may be cheaper to just order them at the time of your switch panel purchase. The individual can decide and there will be ALL options available to not only help you, but also be very friendly to you wallet!

The Rocker switches are rated at 16 amps at 12V. Again, I recommend using this set up ONLY with your accessories running through a relay, as the relay will take all the power, instead of the switch.

The options will include:
-Switch plate only
-Switch plate with the 16 amp rockers (LED colors avail are: Red, Amber & Green)
-Switch plate, with the 16 amp rockers, and 6 1/2 feet of wiring for each switch.
I am still in the process of getting the wiring through my work & even though I used 22ga, which is sufficient for my needs, I will provide 20ga -a little heavier, for those who want to purchase the wiring... or simply use your own if you have enough laying around.

Again, I will start to get in place soon & have to go through the proper measures to do this correctly on here.

Lastly, This is a DIY, and will provide a schematic for the switches that I have. I soldered ALL of my connections, and it will be up to the individual to wire these correctly for their application. The 2 (+,-) LED terminals are very small, and they do not use the typical small type spade terminals - if that's how one chooses to install - verses 100% soldered connections.
But if the customer wants, I can provide those 2 leads soldered on for you, then you can complete the rest yourself if you choose to use crimp connectors and butt connectors for your wiring. (and for the guys that are comfortable with their soldering iron, you know that these are very simple to do, but just a little time to do it right).

Thanks again for the input & ideas.... more to come as I get things geared up and all in place!
Any questions, simply PM me, post on here... (or email me!)
Thanks!

4 Switch - Horizontal position - same length AS the original 6 switch.

4 Switch - Vertical Position- shorter than original

Default Overhead Switch Panel

Here's the latest pics for a little teaser!!!!
My machinist just got these done for me & will still need to send them off to get anodized.
......
The next little teaser:
For the guys wanting only 4 switches, you'll have 2 choices: Horizontal...AND, if you notice the most forward switch panel, I will be able to laser etch custom names, logos, in the center after it's anodized.
I'll keep everyone posted when they'll be able to be available to the public, & junior Vendor set up, etc... In the meantime, PM me, or email me directly (given in a previous post).

No sir, they will not....those are awesome switches, but Those type of switches are too large for these switch plates, and definitely too tall for moon roof equipped trucks.
Now, a non moon roof truck DOES have the room (height), but I'm going to keep this exclusive design for both applications.
My son has an XLT & no moon roof ... I will have a step by step install on his truck in the future, as it is slightly different and those headliners are not flat & have curve to them.
