I am new to this form and this is my first post!
I just bought a new 2010 F150.
Ford 150 XL Reg Cab
4.6L 2V EFI V8 Engine
Electronic 4-speed automatic overdrive
Styleside 6-1/2 ft Box

I would like to get some opinions on when and when not to use overdrive.

use O/D unless youre towing and its having a hard time staying in O/D

the reason you turn if off is because shifting in and out of O/D creates heat, the arch enemy of transmissions.
