Default Out with the old, in with the new!

Taking delivery tomorrow, traded in a 2012 F150 XTR in Race Red for a loaded (every option) 2013 Ruby Red FX4, Luxury package, sunroof, nav, HID's etc. Very excited! I loved the fairly basic '12, so this '13 should be awesome...

Thanks! Yeah, race red almost looks pink in the light... Ruby is awesome. Ford doesn't pick colors well (or maybe i'm an idiot) but race red on the old f150 looked pink, and Deep impact blue on the mustang looks purple.

Anyway, first order of business will be to get rid of these pathetic Pirelli scorpions... Car tires are more aggressive.

I'm not very experienced with car buying or trading. How does one get into a newer truck like that? Are you paying a fair amount more? I understand the money you paid isn't any of my business I'm just curious how a deal like this works.
