hey guys, bought this truck couple of months ago. thinking about adding fender flares but want opinions. the last picture shows it with pinstripe. thinking about removing the strips and keeping the six badges but wanted to see what others think

Definitely lose the pinstripe and the STX decal.. The 4 x 4 off-road decal looks good but no decal looks a lot cleaner. And as for fender flares unless you want rust to start behind them and your paint to rub off where they mount I would not go for fender flares. But if you're sick of cleaning your truck all the time because the tires throw stuff all over the side of the truck then you may want the fender flares. But my opinion it looks nasty without the fender flares and without the pinstripe.

Dont let the fender flare rust story scare you. Imo, lose the pinstripe and the side stickers. Tires sticking out like that will tear your pain up if a you actually drive and use your rig. I have ebay oem one, they help a bit, as well as front mud flaps, but I plan on getting a bit more offset down the road and wish I got the lund oem+ style. I've seen 2 trucks in person with them and they look great, plus they mount with it drilling any holes, stick out but aren't fugly like the bushwackers

Hey fellow millwright, I'm in local1163.. I guess it depends on where you live, I'm from western NY and everything turns to rust. And your right those bushwhacker flares are ugly as hell.

Wheels are not off set enough for flares.. IMO

I just added big wheels and 2.5" lift on my truck. Don't know if I want flares or not.

i vote remove pinstripe and STX decals and dont get fender flares either....looks solid as is. Fender flares look like overkill 90% of the time, imo.

I also vote kill the pinstripe and STX decal. I would stay away from the fender flares too. With the stripe and decal off your truck has that "clean" look...and I think fender flares will trump that!
