Default Oops, wife did it again!

Well, finally got home from a long day at work. My lovely wife meets me in the garage, acting slightly cautious. Then she drops the bombshell. While backing the truck out of the garage earlier today, she caught the drivers side mirror. Broken
skull cap, broken mirror back, and broke the mirror housing. Not to bad, but just got I fixed from where the tree fell on it!

One more thing, I am trying to locate the correct mirror part number to order one. Power/heated/without power fold/ without puddle lamp/auto dimming. Lariat chrome package. Any help would be appreciated.

Damn dude....that sucks! Your truck is just being put through the ringer isn't it?

Looks like the wife owes you. You've got the advantage here..

Just an idea set up a tennis ball on a string hanging down from the ceiling on where the rear end of the truck should be right before it exits the garage door to help her out.... Or if you park it back in make it easier for her to pull out

Wow, all of these issues, it might be time to trade in the wife or at a minimum take the keys away from her.

Good luck on the repair

Since the wife probably isn't going anywhere, it's time for a new truck! I hear you can get a brand new driver's side mirror when you buy the rest of the truck new.

How I see it; a couple more times of letting your wife drive and you're going to be the mirror replacement expert here on this forum. Too bad the position doesn't pay.
