I dont believe its made by Ford. It looks identical to the one Sterlingone posted a pic of. Not sure where they are getting it from.

Got mine yesterday. Pretty nice and easy install for $39. I may paint it flat black though, the gloss black is...VERY glossy. But where it sits no one will probably notice either way anyway.

Installed mine tonight.

Nice clean look, inexpensive, utterly crap instructions (12th generation photocopy of a photocopy, pictures were just black blobs). But the install is simple anyway.

I read this thread last week and liked the looks and the price so I orderd it from amazon on friday got it monday install was easy despite the pitifull instructions the only thing I did was put a couple of wraps of black tape around the 2 tabs at the bottem. that took out all of the play and made for a nice tight fit.

Got mine on Tuesday. Install took 5 minutes and it does look much better than the hole.
