K&P Reusable Oil Filter
I am currently using the K&P Engineering reusable oil filter. I have use these on various vehicles (motorcycles as well) and seem to work as well as typical paper filters. They are expensive and will only pay for themselves at about 70k miles or so. Here is the link:

I didn't see an anti-drainback valve mentioned in the specs. This is very important

Once or twice a year they seem to have a blowout sale at Napa on the synthetic, I usually stock up for all the daily drivers, I have 3 to maintain; wife, mine, moms. I am not a mobil 1 fan but for a daily driver it is a step up from conventional for about the same price; Costco when on sale is roughly $26 a 6-pack. For my hobby cars they all get boutique type oil Redline due to still having the high zinc content.
