Default Which offset is right for me?

I've already ordered my 4 Inch lift kit from rancho. Im looking at Nitto Trail Grapplers 35x12.5x18 which no problem but im having an issue with my wheel offset I want, Fuel hostages 18x9 Im thinking +20 but im worried that it might not be enough for the tires im getting. The nittos are 13.39 wide thats what concerns me. Any suggestions? Im trying to figure this out as soon as possible so i can order them today. Thank you!

Are you worried the wheel will be too narrow for the tire? If so it is the wheel width, not offset, that you need to be concerned about. A 18x9 will be plenty good enough for the 35x12.50. The positive offset will allow your tires to mount more flush with the fenders where a negative offset will push them out farther. I would stick with the positive 20 and you should be fine

With a stock offset you would probably be cutting it close, but with the positive 20 you should be good to go

I want some minor sticking out like an inch or so. I defiantly don't want a stock offset.

I'd go with +20. If you go with less offset you might get some rubbing on the bumper or fenders.

Sounds like you guys think +20 is good, I was just worried if the offset should be more negative. but sounds like +20 would do what i want. Thanks guys!

Stock rims are +44 so +20 should clear the UCAs.

Do you think for a lifted truck +1 offset would be better or stick out too far?

With the 35x12.50 on only the rancho 4" you will more than likely rub on your front bumper and fenders with the +1 as it would push your tires out around 2" to 3". For what you are wanting I would stick with the +20.
