I have a 2.5 level and about to pull the trigger on some 35s or 33s. I was wondering what the off roading is like with a level kit and the 35 tires so close to the wheel well, etc. Any one have experience or know anything?

I would assume with a screen name of hardcoreoffroading that you would know. Lol

It is not made to do offroading. If you plan to offroad, pull the trigger on a proper lift to get full travel.

Depends on what you consider "offroading" in the first place...

Haha yeah. Im used to leaving trucks stock with a level kit and havent explored 35s with a level offroading. I dont want to void my warranty with a lift kit yet until my warranty is up. I just want to make sure it can still go over rocks, etc no problem. Not at fast speeds, but the ability...im a hunter so I dont want my truck to be useless outdoors.

Gotcha, it should be good to go for that. I have a 2.25" level and 33" and have done some mild offroading and it's been fine.

You will be just fine off roading with the leveling kit and 35's, as long as you are not doing anything too crazy. I off road in my truck a decent amount, mostly during hunting season and my tires are 295/65R20 Nitto Trails, which is a 35.5" tire and my leveling kit is the 2.5" Rough Country. You will loose a little articulation in the front end, but should not be a issue.

Where is it that you go offroading? I do most of my work on farm and ranch roads and also go hunting in the Rockies. A level would probably be fine for what I do but I found a set of used King Racing coilovers and rear shocks with 5K miles from a member on here and it's a whole different level if you go at any amount of speed (not to mention cost ) I set mine to have a little bit of rake.

Leveled with some good 33"s will surprise you. I know my buddy's 4x4 that's leveled with 33x12.50" AT2s has surprised me a good bit at the hunting camp.

You will do ok, don't expect to have much clearance though.
