I bought this on Amazon cost 12 bucks or so. Did not come from China or Wisconsin. I live in the heart of silicone valley and we are electronics central geek squad. But I digress this works perfect and no problems after 6 months of use...

It still came from china no matter where the seller sent it to you from.

Just got mine, Once I get it all ironed out I will do some runs and comparisons with this and the SCT x3 5star tuner, see how the tunes stack up.
