I bought one from wisconsin. Running it with the Torque app lite (free version), and have had 0% issues

Search "OBD II Bluetooth"
Look for USA SHIPPER
Looks similar if not the same as China ones

Yeah he's probably buying the Chinese ones at crazy discount ans reselling them.

Only difference will be shipping time.

Mine came from China and I got it in just a few days.

I got mine from a USA seller too. Works pretty good, connects to torque fine, I wish the "read rate" was a little faster. But it does what I need it to do.
