Question not starting no fuel to the engine

hi Folks new to this...

i am stuck in the middle of nowhere with my truck not starting. i have no fuel preasure at the port on the top of the engine. but my fuel pump relay clicks but it duesnt sound like the pump runs. I cant find details how this system works. Earlier years seem to have established threads with good info. my truck is a 5.4l 2010 xlt any help is appreciated.

That's bad luck for you today !

Check your fuse(s) first, and if no fuse is blown it won't be something you can fix on the highway, it's probably the fuel pump unit.

Did you check Fuse 27, does it look burnt? This is in the fuse box just above the radiator.

If fuse 27 looks OK, check the fuel pump driver module.

out here we dont have apressure gauge, but we are pretty sure the pressure from the pump isnt high enough. it would be nice to get the more info on that . The local mechanic has read the codes this morning and has no indications of anything serious other that we dont have the truck actually firing

Fuse 27, did you check it?
