Is this normal?
I've had mine replaced three separate times with the thicker gasket; still filling up with condensation after each replacement.
The last replacement they used the thicker gasket with a bead of silicone. Guess what: it still has condensation after I wash the truck.
The service manager acknowledged there is no fix at the present time but he would let me know if/when they ever get a permanent fix. He said this is a well known issue with Ford.

I believe a TSB is a "Technical Service Bulletin" which is a document Ford sends out to identify a particular known issue with one of their vehicles and where they include a procedure for fixing the problem.
