No longer able to read text messages on Sync
I was once able to read/hear my text messages on Sync. I can no longer do this. Any suggestions? I have Verizon as a carrier. Thanks!

At least your truck recognizes and picks up your phone mine doesn't even read it. It did did in the beginning but now it doesn't ever! I have no clue how to fix it I want to be able to hook it up tho! It's a 2013 had it a year and 5 months. I also have Verizon and a iPhone 5s

Delete the phone from Sync and Sync from your phone. Do a hard reset on your phone and then add it back to Sync.

Yep. Hard reset on your phone and on the sync system. Make sure you are going back into the trucks sync system and finding the phone.
If that doesnt work then you may be due for an update.
