My 2010 f150 came with the factory GPS. About a year ago, I started seeing the "No GPS" icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen and the map shows me driving around in the Pacific. This happens every time and has happened for 1 year.

I thought that I might need a software update so I updated from version 7 to version 11, and it didn't fix anything:

I then tried the diagnostic mode by holding down preset 3 and 6 and pressing "NAV." The truck says that it can't see any satellites. This is in my driveway where it used to work and I have owned the truck for over 9 years.
No satellites
Checking for diagnostic codes, the truck says that it has lost communication with the NAV display module.
I called the 800 number and the person on the phone told me to open the door, lock the door, close the door, wait for two minutes, and then see if it worked. That, of course, did not work.
Any thoughts on what this might be? My local dealer is aweful so I have no been to seen them, yet.
Hey I'm in the same boat. Sorry I have no fix yet but it just started doing this on Monday. I tried the battery thing, no go. From reading on here it sounds like the GPS antenna connection could have come loose or the antenna itself could be bad. Let me know if you figure anything out. I'm going to keep messing with it and I'll do the same.
