Very nice trucks! I'm just trying to figure out why some people with the 295/70-18's have rubbing issues, and some don't....

I'm interested in this as well. I'm planning on ordering these tires in the next week but I'd like to avoid rubbing issues.

Yeah I guess my wheels is the only thing I can think of. The rub in the back of the front fender well. There is some kind of metal in the back that's behind the felt and it's not something that I think you can just trim. Dosnt hurt the tire just makes a lot of noise and embarrassing

Hmmm, I wonder how lifting the rear would help with that, maybe shifting some of the weight forward? I'm trying to find out which leveling kits rub and which don't with these 295/70-18's

2011 5.0
3 months
I like the aggressive look and the hum when I drive fast
Probably lost between 2 and 3 MPG with the wheels/tires and level
33x12.50x22 Toyo MTs on 22 BMF Novakane 0 offset
2" AS Level w/ 2" rear block
Not even close to rubbing.. Considering going up to 285/55/22 Nitto Trail Grapps
Picture is deceiving.. Im parked on a slight incline making the rear look lower, But is actually 1/2" higher than the front.

6,000 miles on them. So far so good. Little tread loss but still plenty of tread
295/70/18
2" hbs leveling kit. And rockstars with 0 offset.
Does rub in the rear when stopping hard or bump or turning. I'm getting a bigger block for the back and should have it on soon and was told it will help with that. Will see

Best looking I think very aggressive and made my truck look BA!!
How close is your tire to your control arm?
