I've had Mud Grapplers in 38x15.50 and 35x12.50. They are super loud at 40+ mph. Great ride and nothing beats them for traction.

I currently have terra grapplers and they are great for noise. You can run 80 mph and its still quite. Traction is good considering the tread on the tire. You can't have both so you just have to decide what is more important. If you can live with the noise you can't beat the way a mud graps look!

Im looking at a 305/55 30 in either the Nitto Terra Grapler, or the Cooper Zeon. How is the tread life on the Nittos? I do a lot of driving and want a tire that will last a while. Thoughts?

I've got terra grapplers 265/70r17 on mine. Only got about 1000 miles on them but like them so far though.

I had about 15k miles on my 38" mud grapplers when I sold the truck. They probably still had 10k left in them. You have to keep them rotated!

I bought the coopers but now think I should have done the grapplers. I get them today mounted on 20x9.5 wheels. I'll post pics when I mount them.

I went with the Nitto Terra Grapplers in a 305/55/20. Put them on yesterday. Love the look, and ride. They seem to really quiet too. I just drove about 30 miles on the interstate.

Talked to the tire dealer yesterday. Asked about the Zeon (loved the look) and the Mich. AT2's. He said he has had both and lost 2mpg on when he switched to the ZEON. He said he also switched wheels at the same time so he couldn't put it only on the Zeon but that is what he was thinking.
