Nitto Ridge Grappler- whos got em?
I'm considering purchasing the Nitto Ridge grappler, but now that we have had some winter weather , how did they perform for you in the cold , snow, ice and rain?.

Super smooth
Ive had them for about 3 weeks and love them. I had the Goodyear Duratracs prior which lasted me 62k easy and were great tires but these are much smoother and have very low road noise. I have only driven in the rain and have performed great.

I've posted up about mine a few times. Love the tires. I put them on shortly before Christmas and then drove from Vancouver to NW Ontario and back over the holidays. Some very bad roads (snow covered or glare ice for 70% of the trip) and they held up really well. Also did some mild off-roading with them around here in the snowy mountains and they worked great. Very quiet tire for the aggressive AT pattern. Highly recommend them so far. They have 10,000km on them now and still look like new, so seem to be wearing well so far.
285/70/17 "c" rated. I would have gone for the 75 series, but they weren't available yet.

Got them on my Raptor about 500 miles ago. So far so good. Good in the rain, smooth and quiet as well. Much better than the worn KOs. Have not had a chance to drive it in snow or ice, but from what I've read people say they work OK in those conditions.

I've had a set of Ridge Grapplers for a little under a month now. they are much quieter than the Cooper ST Maxx's with 55K miles that were on previously.
Very happy so far with the Ridge Grappler's performance in snow and rain. I liked the ST Maxx's quite a bit, but especially as they got to the end of their life I found them to have less and less traction in snow.
I haven't gotten to use the Ridge Grapplers in any real off-road stuff yet.
