I love the size of my lifeproof case but hate the loss in touch sensitivity. Comparing the lifeproof cases made for the iPhone 4 vs the iPhone 5, the older case is much better than this new one. I'm going back to a simple Magpul case as soon as I can get one.

Cool idea for a case mount.

I guess that depends on your work.
There's not a phone in the world that would last with me without a good rubber case
Iv dropped it off roofs & ladders, cranes, found it on the street more then once. I Threw a 28oz estwing hammer 20' to another guy on the other side of the top plate,he missed and don't you no that frickin hammer claw lands right on top of the phone, the phone falls off the 3rd floor and lands on concrete. The case broke but the camera was good
It all depends on your work

If you don't like the reduced touch of the cases with a built-in screen protector, you can have one put directly on the phone and peel the one off the case. You end up with screen protection and good touch sensitivity.

The case won't be waterproof any more, so don't do this if that is important to you. I think the Lifeproof case is depth rated to only 6 feet anyway, so you aren't losing much.

It's a great option for the OB Defender. Plus it gets rid of the annoying rainbow effect on the screen.

I had a screen protector installed at a local mall kiosk for $20. Took about 2 minutes. Warrantied for life.

i took mine to 40' i wouldnt recomend it luckily the 4s has the plus or minus volume control for the camera cuz the screen didnt work that deep and not very well under water at all to be totally honest

Yea. I saw your post. Pretty brave to dive with your phone! My son and I bought a GoPro a few weeks ago. Looking forward to our first dive with it!
