I'm sorry to read your frustration concerning your order. I was wondering if you went to clazzio or to the company I recommended truckleather.com? I know that custom orders take several weeks and beyond as they come from china and even though they state it has been shipped that means it is on a boat. I think that take 2 to 3 weeks to hit the states and sometimes gets held up at customs.... I know these things happen as I was watching a program on TV and this guy had his car held up in customs for 3 weeks once it hit the states. I know that if you ordered the seats custom you won't get a refund as they had ordered, made and shipped the product however I am not making light on your complaint or concerns I am just trying to explain the process and let you know the same thing happened to me. In the end I was very pleased with the covers and still am a year later. The reason I asked if you went to truckleather.com I would see if I could get through to see if I could help.

I didn,t know anything about truck leather.com. I went with the company and can,t get any #,s to answer. I am worried they may be going out of business. Wish I could get some help with my order. Its not a custom order. They said they had it in stock and it had shipped. Now i get the run around and it hasn,t shipped. I got that thru a receptionist and haven,t been able to get a call back ot get thru to anyone. Maybe I have some pay pal protection. - John

Here is the write up I did over a year ago..... You can try calling Spencer at 904-697-1557 and see if he can help you but understand they are two different business. I hope the number is still valid as it has been a year ago.... I really doubt they are going out of business as they do a lot of business however if Clazzio is treating their customers the way you are being treated they might not last. I know this happens in many companies as they get bigger and can't keep up with the customer base... It is a PITA but I find it happens quite a bit... good luck and if you get in touch with Spencer I hope he can help you,,, if so Tell him Mike from F150fourm say Hi!

Sorry to hear of your frustration, that really sucks!!

I went with Katzkin and so far love them, had a custom shop do it and add heat, they placed the order next day it was made and shipped to Canada... took them 4 days to put the leather in and add a Moon roof for me.....

I was really impressed, I know this isn't the same but sometimes paying a bit more, is worth it.

I,m really not so much angry that my order was not sent when I was told otherwise. What gets me is not being able to contact anyone or have anyone other than a receptionist answer a phone or return an email. Thats no way to run a business. They had no problem at all taking my money promptly but getting any response at all from them is impossible. I wish I had used Spencer and I really thought there was just one company. I don,t reccommend using Clazzioseatcovers.com to anyone.- John

I filed a dispute with paypal which froze the money from the sellers account. The seller tried to tell me I had to cancel the dispute before they would transfer the funds to my account. If i had cancelled the dispute then paypal would not have helped me. The dispute is automatically cancelled when they put the money back in my account which is what they finally did. Somethings not right with this outfit. I still want the seat covers and I will call
