Howdy from Bama. I've been lurking around for a couple weeks looking for info on 11-12 fx2, fx4 crew or supercabs. Ive got good info but at this time 11-12 are out of my price range. I've set a price of OTD 32000. So now I'm looking at older 09-10 trucks with the 5.4 motor. I had a 2006 HD supercab 2 wheel drive with the 5.4 and was not pleased with the lack of towing power. My buddys older (2 valve) 5.4 would pull better than my HD. So after serching I still haven't found what I need to know which is, is the 09-10 5.4 and trans a better performer than the 06?
