Default Newbie intro.

Hey guys.

New guy, new to the truck scene.

Been lurking in these forums since late last year as I was looking into getting a 2016 SCrew around late this year.

Fast forward to early March, the clutch on my Infiniti G37 gave out for the 2nd time in 3 years and so my wife felt sorry for me and gave me the ok to start looking for a new truck.

A few days later, 2 days before the wife and I was to leave for a 2 week vacation, a friend sends me pics of a 2012 XLT SCrew with only 14,700 miles on her. Female owned and the truck had the look and a lot of the mods I was going to do if I had bought a new stock truck. I couldn't pass on the price and pulled the trigger when we returned form our vacay.

So far, I have changed the interior and license plate lights to LED's changed the headlight and foglights to Ultrastars.

Plan to get rid of the chrome bumpers and plasti dip them in anthracite, raptor grill and led amber lights, HD/Fx4 head and taillights, and Raptor 3rd brake light.

Here's my 2008 Infiniti G37. The wife's been telling me to get rid of her but I can't. New clutch is in the works.

Damn good looking truck! You wouldn't happen to know all the upgrades as far as wheels/tires/suspension? I'm actually curious what the offset is on those wheels, if there are wheel spacers, and if there was any cutting.

Looks good though, excited to see more of it!

Its a 6 inch Pro-Comp lift with 20x9.5 ProComp Helldorado wheels. Tires are Toyo Open Country MTs 35x12.5 No wheel spacers. I can tell they trimmed off some of the plastic wheel liner in the front by the foglights.

I looked at the offset on the ProComp website and it lists zero (0) offset.
