Default How to remove these two 'bolts'?

Trying to find a place to bolt down this long bendable phone mount that I acquired from a friend. The most logical place I found would be these two 'bolt' looking things in the chair rail on the passenger side. Unfortunately, I don't see a way these can be removed. Any ideas?

You have to remove the seat bracket and see if it has a nut from underneath

Those are rivets, they hold the screw in for the adjustable seat.

If you are looking to mount the stand, you will need to remove the plastic shroud and mount the stand using the visible black bolt in your picture. You might need a longer bolt and some washers to make it level.

I would also think there are nuts on the bottom side of those 2.

I know this isn't what you asked for, but it's a much better answer if you ask me.

I also think it's a rivet, but, if you can feel the bottom side and have access to it. Slide the seat forward/back to insure no interference.

Then you can drill through the rivet, say 1/4" or 5/16", just add a nut/bolt to hold your bracket.
