Default New wheels, TPMS headaches!!!

Ok I have a 2013 f150 4x4, I bought wheels online(yes I have learned my lesson and won't be doing that again). I bought a brand new complete set-tires, rims and new tpms sensors. I went to the dealer, they could only get the fronts to sync. So they told me if I bought the transmitter they wouldn't charge me for my time and I could try again at home. So I did, got home tried. Same thing I could only get the fronts to sync. I know theres a good chance it's that the sensors are bad. But I'm being optimistic that something is blocking the signal from the rear of the truck. I emptied my whole truck of tools and what not, tried again. Same thing only fronts. The only other aftermarket thing I have on my truck is LED tailights. Could that some how be interferring? I have contactEd the company and they are getting back to me. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

Are you getting a TPMS fault? If not you don't need to train them. I bought my Tire/wheel package from Tire rack online with sensors installed. Slapped them on and never had to train them. They worked from day one.

Sounds like a real pain but have you tried; programming front sensors, rotating front tires to the back/back to front, then program those. Just a shot in the dark..

I had tons of trouble. What worked for me is this:

Take your truck to an empty parking lot away from any kind of interference
I'm assuming you have your TPMS19 Tool (little grey box with only 1 button on it)

Enter training mode:
1. Make sure all doors are open.
2. Make sure key is OFF.
3. Press and release brake pedal.
4. Cycle key from OFF to RUN 3 times, ending in RUN.
5. Press and release brake pedal.
6. Turn key to OFF.
7. Cycle key from OFF to Run 3 times, ending in Run. (The horn will blow indicating system is in training mode)
8. Follow the display on the instrument panel indicating what order to set each wheel by placing the TMPS19 as close to the wheel sensor as possible and pressing the button until the horn blow indicating that wheel is set.
9. After you set the last wheel the instrument panel display will say training complete.

If it doesn't work with just a press of the button try to hold the button for a few seconds.

Having the doors open does matter. No trouble with my ebay bought sensors following those instructions.... TONS of trouble at Discount Tire since they didn't have a TPMS19 tool!

I just got some wheels from them as well and had the same issue. first both of the rear wheels wouldn't train, then I rotated the tires and got one of them to train but still one never would. I got a hold of them and they overnighted me a new sensor and offered to reimburse me for the cost of getting it installed.
