funny thing is, forums are cruised mostly by people that have issues with their rigs, thus the forums are full of peeps complaining and bitching, doesn't matter what brand they all have posts like this, No one complains about a problem free rig, I too signed up on here cause I came looking for answers.

That's true. I signed up to learn about how to modify my truck.

The two groups who sign up on forums are people looking to complain about a problem, and enthusiasts. Opposite ends of the spectrum. This results in bickering, etc.

While 98% of owners never even have heard of a Ford forum, because their trucks and service are problem free and they have no intent on changing their truck from stock.

That should be fixed. I left GMC over a bunch of issues with an Acadia.

I would try going to a different Ford dealer. I would get a hold of the regional manager. Although this is 'relatively' minor, it's a problem and should be fixed. Don't give up with pushing to have this fixed.

Whhhhhaaaaa, whaaaaaa. Just kidding, I think it might be a dealer issue in the first place. Try a different dealer, I would be pissed to.

Man, my truck sucks! 7 months old, 3.7k miles and no problems. Been to the dealer once for an oil change and they were awesome! Can't stand those ****ers with their positive dispositions and can-do attitudes! ;-). Just kidding, spending all that scratch on an expensive truck and not getting satisfaction is frustrating and makes you feel cheated. All I can say is, better you then me :-)
