Looks great. What size are you running?

Quick question, and im sure just about anyone on here could probably answer this. I traded up to a 2018 F150 SCREW Lariat 2wd about 6 months ago. Love the truck. About 2 weeks after I got it I put a leveling kit on (2" Rough Country spacers I think). My question is, does the 4wd come at a different factory height than a 2wd and if so then how can I achieve the same look as a 4wd has when putting the same leveling kit on? I think the back end on the 4wd is slightly higher to begin with. So if that's the case then technically the same leveling kit would not "Level" the 4wd right? Im guessing I would need to add some type of blocks in the back to achieve the same look as a leveled 4wd. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Yes, they are different heights. The 4x4 comes with a 1.25" block in the back, making the rear higher than the front (rake). Also, 4x2 usually come with 30" tires, 4x4 have 32", so that's another inch or so of height on all 4 corners.

You will have to decide if you want the rake look or leveled. There is no "leveled 4wd look", level is level. If you mean you want it a certain height, well, buy stuff that makes it that height. If you are going over 2" above stock height, most would recommend a real lift instead of a leveling kit. Costs more, but maintains proper angles on all the related parts.

A "leveled 4wd look" is a stock 4wd with a leveling kit on it but I think you already knew that. I was pretty clear in my last post that the "look" I am going for is that of a 4wd with a leveling kit installed. So what you are saying (if I read through all the snarky smartassness) is that to achieve the look I will need to raise the back of my truck by 1-1/4". ((The exact same leveling kit used on a 2wd & 4wd with different rakes will give different stances. My 2wd right now with leveling kit installed = level. 4wd with same leveling kit installed = Not Level but gives a "Look".)) Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

I didn't say anything "snarky". WTF is wrong with you??!! If someone has LEVELED their vehicle and it isn't level, that doesn't mean they have a special "look", it means they don't know what the **** they are doing/saying.

Do whatever you want to your truck.

Yea, ok. The 1-1/4” difference in the back of the 4wd vs 2wd stock pretty much answered my question. That would mean that the same “leveling kit” installed on each one will equal one of them not level. Unless I’m missing something. I just noticed when parked next to a 2018 f150 4wd (same exact kit installed) that the 4wd sat higher. That’s all. Not a “special look”. Just different from what I have. I understand that level is level and if I want a different height then I can go buy “stuff”. Do not mean to ruffle feathers here. Maybe I should have worded my question differently. Thanks again for all your input.
