Default New Puddle LED's

Hi everyone, I have replaced all of my lights (license plate, backup, cargo, dome and map lights with LED's. My first purchase were some inexpensive ones on eBay and those crapped out on me. So I replaced them all with the Philips X-treme Vision LED's for everything except the puddle lamps. Well finally I decided that I didn't want to butcher my puddles so I bought the DriveBright LED Puddle lights since they were on sale.

I just got them today and I was impressed with the packaging. First star. They also threw in a pair of license plate bulbs which were pretty cheap but I will keep them. Watching their video on how to replace the puddles made it super easy. The only thing is that when I did pull the old ones out, and attached the new ones, tested them and popped them back in, I noticed that the tab is different and might be more of a pain in the butt to get out than the factory. However we'll deal with that another time.

I'm impressed they look great and are super bright. They're the V4 Extreme version that are supposed to be super bright and they are. Here's a picture.

Yeah I like them. I put them in my truck and had one crap out after a month. Sent s message to DriveBright and he sent a replacement out pretty quick. Now it's been a few months with no problems.

Do you have a link to the ones you used? I didn't see a listing specifically for a 150. Looks good though!

Never mind, got up too early, I found it.

Hey Slowrey, can you link up to the interior leds you used? I am doing my interior now and I used Philips 194's in the front, but I read reviews that the 578 festoon bulbs in the rear were not very bright. Can you post pictures? I tried the slightly more expensive Sylvania Zevo bulb in the rear and I am not impressed with the light output at all.

I'm considering trying this cause Opt7 has some wicked LEDs and hasn't let me or anybody I know who uses them down. Not to mention I feel its a fairly low price.

Not very. I did both in about 7 minutes...in the dark...with a headlamp on.
Be careful with the connections as they are a bit tight and mine were a bit corroded in place.
