I bought a harness from TRS if I remember correctly. The bulbs are Morimoto H11 4300k, and 35w Morimoto 3five ballasts. The wire harness was, I believe, the H10/9145 harness. I already had H10-H11 adapter harnesses from previous bulbs I had installed.

Exact set-up is a bit fuzzy, it's been nearly a year. If I remember, I'll crawl under the truck and look tomorrow.
