Default new here need help please

I have a 2013 3.7 f150 that has an intake control valve code, are these the 4 sensors located on the valve covers at the front of the engine?

I think those are the variable valve timing solenoids. What is the DTC code number your getting?

I got a P0081 and a Poo24 code , I was told it may be an 02 sensor as well on the intake side . It makes a loud ticking sound like it's low on oil , bit all fluids are correct .

Yes to your question, except they are solenoids, not sensors. If both codes showed up at the same time, start by looking at the wiring harness going to those VCT solenoids. Maybe the whole thing got damaged.

Yes I would replace all 4 of these solenoids. Before you do before to soak new ones in same weight motor oil, and clean off valve covers around where these are to remove any material that may fall in when replacing.
