Looks good. However it won't work for my 2013 FX4.

Note** Currently this kit will only fit the non-projector F150 Headlights but we will be working on a similar
product for the projector-equipped models in the near future.

Yes you are correct. It will not work on the new projectors (2013)

Do you have to tear apart the headlights to install?

I looked at the website and I cannot tell how they install?

Intriguing. But like others have said, not attractive while unlit. Perhaps you could cut a "trench" in the bezel and mount them inside of the bezel shining out rather than on the surface to hide them a bit? I wish I had my spare headlight bezels laying around (lost it somewhere) so I could maybe give it a shot.
