Hey forum. First time poster. Just bought a 2012 FX4 ecoboost SCREW with (from what i can tell) every option that was available in '12. It also has 35" toyo AT2s mounted to 20" XD misfits, and obviously some form of leveling kit.

It was apparent someone really cared for this truck, and maybe it was even a previous forum members ride.

A few questions i could use help with:

1) can anyone help me identify what size leveling kit i currently have installed, based on height to bottom of fender?
2) Im thinking ill need extended fenders based on how far the tires extend beyond the fenders. Does anyone have any recos that don't require cutting or drilling?
3) what are the problem areas or weak points on these trucks i need to pay particular attention to?

A few pics:

That is either a 2013-14 (chrome) Lariat grill painted or plasti-dipped black...Or it is a black 2014 FX Appearance Pkg. grill.
Can you tell if it's been painted or Plastidipped?

Definitely painted.

They did a really nice job. There is are gloss and matte portions of the grill. Looks oem, had you not told me i wouldn't have known it wasn't from the factory that way.

Nothing to watch out for. I suggest getting a tuner for it. Should help quite a bit with drivability and add 60+ hp and 100 ft lb tq.

Also looks like no lift but just spacers in the front or what I call a ghetto lift (this is what I called it when I did this to my last truck).

That doesn't look like my 2012 grill. Mine has 6 bars.

Truck looks nice.

Yes, i was referring to a spacer lift. I would like to know if i can go another inch taller or so with a larger spacer. I have a slight amount of wheel rub at full lock out.
