I would've appreciated it if they'd take my word for it. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth after spending that kind of money and getting ignored.

I said it happens 55-60mph. I also told them there wasn't a smooth enough road within 20miles for them to test it out. The roads around here are horrible, full of bumps, potholes, all kinds of ****. I do a 90mile commute twice a week and end up on smooth roads, thats the only time I can feel anything.

Does this cover an allignment for installing a leveling kit?

You are going to be responsible for alignment unless Ford installed a Ford leveling kit. A reasonable dealer would probably overlook this because FOMOCO won't know the truck is leveled when the administrator submits the claim for payment. It all depends on the dealership.
