If anyone is on the fence,
I just ordered these from an eBay seller:

To my surprise (as a registered eBay/PayPal user), if you look carefully at items description while logged on (it's very small) there is a how to save $$ radio button. The description is in your messages. It is a ONE TIME up to $20 discount on automotive items (and some other items I believe). Only good 4/19 to 4/29 I think it said. Once it's used, it's gone. So I got these for $165.99. Sure hope they have the same projector as you all describe in the black ones. Anyway seller says 100% satisfaction or $$ back including shipping.
That $20 discount paid for my H7 Silverstar Ultra's off Amazon -- Blessed day

you can tell by the pictures they have the same hella style projectors as the other ones.

Just added the AVS skinshield like OP today. I think it will look nice with the new lights. (got shipping info today, lights should be here Thursday. Will post photos when installed.

No sir (At least I hope not) It does not mention it. Some DRLs are really cool, but I wanted plain.
