I didn't think *any* F150's were manufactured in Canada, they were all made in the USA and exported.

There are thousands of base model 2010s rusting out in junk yards in Alberta. Go there and pull one out. Also, the FX4 only came with the 5.4L, and not a 4.6. Which trim is your truck?

Does your cluster say FX4 on it?

A cluster should be easy to reprogram. In 2011-14 they are universally interchangeable, and programmable by anyone with forscan. (there are physical differences like the FX moniker) I would think 2010 should be the same within 2010. It may have been a part number that was only made for one month, but that doesn't mean the trucks CAN networks won't work with another from 2010. If it was truly that specific, I would think several other computers would also be specific to March.

Was FX a trim level in 2010 or a package level?

FX was it’s own trim level in 2009 to 2014. I did not know you could option a 4.6L in a ‘09 or ‘10.

Talking

liambechard ... I can assure you that I have a 4.6L. VIN is here: 1FTEW1E8XAFA42795. I can also assure you that it was sold to me as an FX4, has 4 wheel drive, and FX4 stickers. Whether someone just slapped FX4 stickers on there and fooled me, certainly possible but unlikely....
Interesting... Both the order guide and sales brochure (US) for the 2010 F-150 show the 4.6L engine (2V or 3V) as not available.

.
And yet the VIN indicates 4.6L 3V (8th character).

Something's amiss... Perchance it's a hoser option, eh¿
