The morimoto harness I have doesn't fully click in but it grabs on pretty good.
1st things first.
Did you sand the paint off the grounding area?
Did you hook the power cable directly to the battery?
Did you blow the fuse in the power cable hooking it up?
One of those are your issue if both lights aren't working.

And we have light!!! It was the harness. I was really second guessing all my previous work with the original harness, but went ahead and pulled the trigger on the harness. All my connectors clicked in beautifully! Thanks for all the suggestions fellas.
