Do you have a lot of road noise on the highway with the low profile ones? They look nice.

None that I can detect, they've been installed now for over 4 years. They still look just as good as the day I put them on as well, UV exposure don't seem to be an issue. My next truck if I ever wear mine out LOL, will have them. I laugh because my truck is 5yrs old and only 16k miles on the clock.

Same here! No noise whatsoever. The nice thing about them is that they don't stick to the paint. They adhere to the window trim. I got complements on them all the time.

Oh and they don't screw with the auto up/down functions either. The ones that go in channel usually do. Nothing more ghetto than hitting the switch to go up and they bounce right back down, especially if your about to enter a car wash!

I've had to remove that badass 3 m tape from those things and its a *****.. sticking to the weatherstripping isn't too ghetto, but its still stuck on the outside . I'd take easing the window up over peeling 3m tape off my junk anyday. I can just pop mine out and its like they where never there.Plus the way mine are, there is no possible way for water to get between the vent and the body ..and that is fact.

I'm fairly confidant you aren't supposed to put the 3M tape on your junk!(or your *****, for that matter) Little known fact- after while(a couple years parked in the sun) if you use the track mounted style, your weatherstrip won't return to original form when the shade is removed. Ask me how I know. I bought the Outside mounted style, and even siliconed the front corner at the bottom. That was 4.4 years ago, and nary a single problem.
