Default Need Help Identifying Noise

I recently replaced the belts on my 2011 5.0 and all seemed well in the short time I ran it after the change. Today I drove about 20 miles and noticed a weird groaning noise at idle. I do not hear it when revving the engine. I have linked a video from YouTube that is not my truck but is the exact noise:

Any insight is much appreciated. To note, I have owned this truck since new and it has 135k on it. No pulleys have been replaced nor has the water pump. If you need any additional info please let me know. Thanks!

I also replaced the PCV valve and found a video of a BMW making a very similar sound. I need to go check mine to ensure it's not leaking in any way.

I do seem to hear a hissing noise from the PCV valve area. When I push it down the hissing goes away. The connection seems to be tight. I wonder if it could possibly be the tube that it's hooked up to going to the throttle body. Certainly doesn't seem to be pulley related from what I can tell.

I haven't been able to find anything definative on this as of yet. I did pull the pct valve and it seems normal but I can still hear the hissing. I've a new pcv valve and the tube the connects to it on the way. Engineering test mode shows no DTC's and I have yet to hook up for scan to see if there are any codes at all present. Any ideas or thoughts on what I else I can check are appreciated.

Have you removed to belt and started the truck to see if the noise goes away.

i just replaced my water pump a few weeks ago because of a noise. 2012, 130k miles.

Ok false alarm. I have previously posted the following:

UPDATE: Given that I had gone down the rabbit hole of PCV valves I elected to replace that first before removing any belts to see if the noise persisted. I will say that this was a combination of PCV valve and PCV hose. After replacing with new Motorcraft parts I am happy to say the noise has been eliminated and I know longer have the noise or the hissing. Thanks to all that provided guidance.

I will not be checking all plugs and pulling the belts back off to see if the noise goes away. Wish me luck.
