Default Navigation and Clock issues

Hey guys, I'm having huge issues with my 2009 Lariat w/nav. The nav screen is showing my current position about 20-25 miles away from where I actually am. Also, the clock hasn't been working properly. Called ford about it and they want $90.00 to do a reset?? I also noticed it says "NO GPS" in the top left corner. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if anyone has any suggestions... Thanks guys

Note: I tried the pulling negative battery terminal off for a while, didn't fix anything.

It sounds like the GPS is not getting a signal. The cable may have come loose or is damaged. My truck has a LockPick installed and this is the way it behaves when it is enabled. The LockPick disables the antenna.

I'm not sure if its a lock pick or not. I'm the 2nd owner of the truck. I don't see any of the options present that a lock pick provides. I'm betting a loose cable or something. Guess ill just take it too ford..

Bad antenna or disconnected would be my first guess. After that I would suspect a defective GPS module/section of the nav.

There are local car audio shops that repair factory audio equipment if it turns out to not be something simple. It will not be a big box store like Best Buy or HH Gregg.

Just called ford again...

Guy said even though I have a extended warranty, there still a deductible? Possibility that the nav module isn't even covered too! So $100.00 deductible ontop of $45-90.00 labor charges. I'm confused on what the point of me buying the extended warranty was.. I even bought the most expensive one since I had all the options in my truck! Not impressed with how fords handling this at all...
