Default peragon cover

Just received cover today, have to say it is very nice. Install went pretty good, just took a little adjusting here and there. One thing that is bothering me is the rollers in the rear are hitting against the gas struts .Not sure if that is normal or not. Also, upon installing the cover for final assembly, noticed big dent in the rear panel by tailgate. Completed install to make sure everything was ok and then emailed peragon with pics. We will see. Here are the pics in case someone from peragon is on tonight..

Default Rollers hitting gas struts

The rollers on your cover should not be hitting the gas struts. You might want to adjust the ramps on the track out (towards the bedsides) so the rollers clear the struts.

Hope it helps, and I hope Peragon covers the dent (no pun intended).

Ouch! It always amazes me how the shipper manages to do that much damage to a box. I just saw this thread (daily keyword alert just arrived). I checked and it sounds like our Support team already took care of you this morning. Glad to hear overall you're happy with your Peragon cover! If you need anything else, please let me/us know and we'll be here.

unbelievable... so the manufacturer follows up this closely to ensure their customers are satisfied with their product!

I'm sold- was considering bak, but this customer service is great

I've had mine on since late 2011 and it has been great! I'm in construction and carry so much crap including heavy equipment, I'm not as careful as I should be but if you take a look at my cover, it is in flawless condition. many compliments from customers and co-workers, Good job Peragon!

Yes, not only is the cover premium, their customer service is out of this wordl. The called within an hour of it being delivered to make sure everything was ok. Once I discovered the issue, I called but it was after hours. Emailed the address on the recording with pictures, expecting to hear from them the next day. They actually emailed back within 2 hours and the next day received an email stating the new panel would be shipped out Sept 3....

AWESOME, once again thank you Peragon
