Did my first mod to my truck during lunch. Took me five minutes. Decided to put in a drop in replacement K&N air filter. I know its not really a mod but the trucks exhaust tone change and the acceleration on the little 4.6L 3V improved. Lol. It's just the beggining. Just waiting for the warranty to be over then ill do what I really want to do. What mods do you guys suggest for the 4.6L 3V?
