My 2012 FX4 - Finally Done!

I drive a Chebby now :(
Looks GREAT! Very clean, very subtle, very NICE! I really like all the attention to detail with the taillight trim, badges, mirror reflectors, fender flares etc. Pretty much how I did mine.

Thanks Milt! That was exactly the look I was going for. Clean and subtle. To me those are the trucks I like the best. They make you do a double take when you see em. You notice them and then you see the extra attention to details. Love your truck too by the way. Really liked it when it was slammed as well. That look almost made me go to an FX2.
Appreciate it. Its gonna get dirty eventually. In fact, maybe next weekend. Going to the camp with my buddy. I can assure you of this though, if she gets dirty she won't stay dirty long!

Love the PTM rear camera surround and color matched emblems. This is something I plan on doing when the weather allows.

Love Turbo V6 & Coyote V8
Looks Awesome!!! I almost have the exact same truck and planned on the same mods. All I got to do left is PTM the rear camera and emblem. Front emblem and powdercoat the exhaust tip. Are those emblems painted or did you put a sticker?

Thanks to everyone for the compliments. As far as the emblems go, let me see if I can give you the short version. The F150 emblems were removed and seperated. Mine were 2 piece. I used scotch brite to scuff them up and then acrysol to remove any residue. I then used a self etching primer made by Dupont and sprayed all emblems thoroughly. 2 or 3 coats if I remember correctly. I then used a white and satin black paint also made by Dupont. A guy at a local paint store recommended it. He had used it on the emblems on his Chevelle.
As far as the Ford emblems go, I elected to use Plasti Dip on them. I ordered a can of white and a can of black from dipyourcar.com . For the front emblem me and my friend decided to remove the emblem altogether and seperate it. It was time consuming but the results speak for themselves. I was able to seperate the plastic welds holding the emblem together and then epoxy it back together when I was finished. By seperating it, I was able to get each individual part the exact color I wanted and didn't have to use overlays on the front. The back was a different story. Its a solid emblem so there was no way to seperate it. I decided to just plasti dip it white and had a my buddy at a local trim shop to cut the overlays for me on the rear emblem. I will say that if you use Plasti Dip, be sure and mask of the black cover on top of the rear bumper as well as the front bumper stops. Its a pain to remove the overspray without using some kind of chemical to get it off.
In hindsight, I'm sure you could use Plasti Dip on the F150 emblems as well. I just didn't know about it when I did it.
