Default mustang heads fit on f150?

mustang 4.6 3v heads fit and f150 4.6 3v well they bolt up any idea if the push rods will be right leght to? if it does im gonna run a blower if i can get an idea what i need ... the diffence from a mustang to a f150? they help would be great

Ummmm.....

They're OHC engines......no pushrods involved.

I bet the only difference if there is any would be cams.

They are the same, there is no difference between the two. Why are you wanting to change the heads? The cams are even the same between the mustang and truck. No pushrods on these engines either.

Probably not a good idea to play around with your engine when you don't even know about the lack of pushrods...

looking at a supercharger and the f150 bolts up different where the intake manifold is..
