I went with the weathertech's. There was no drilling and installed in about 15 mins. Plus they look great...

on the back I had to adjust the stays for the fenders to get them as parallel the road as possible

Good shots, thanks for putting those up. I have same flaps, have installed on two trucks. Good point about adjusting inside fender stays/bars. Also, on both trucks, the flaps are offset more, a little too much I think, towards inboard side of tire (when looking from rear). But no big deal.
