Question Rear suspension problem

Hey guys, i've been having this problem with my rear suspension lately, i have AIR LIFT helper air bags and now when i hit a dip, not a bump, it feels like my truck is bottoming out even with 20lbs of air in the air bags and a snowmobile in the box. After unloading the box, deflated the air bags to 5lbs(min required) and still feels like bottoming out in dips, could that be caused by bad shocks, i'm lost and frustrated.

I have a 2010 F150 FX4 long box, 295/70R18 NITTO TRAIL GRAPPLERS on 18x9 XD MONSTER rims and 2" TRUXXX leveling kit.

Check your bump stops. When I lowered my car, I trimmed off 2" off the bump stops to stop the bottoming out. See if there is a clean spot on the axel where the stop would be hitting.

Have you tried 30 PSI and taken the same road to test?

No rubbing spot on the axle, i called the ford dealer and explained my situation and the shop manager told me to check my shocks to see if they were leaking and it turns out that my rear shock are shot(20000 km), he told me that they've had a few 2010 f150 with the shocks going bad so we will see if that fixes the problem, fingers crossed, i will keep you posted.
