I have a 09 ford f150 xlt 5.4l v8 4x4 supercab. i have 265 on it right now but i want to get 315 raptor tires. will this affect my mpg? Also i drive on the highway with it 80% percent of the time. @70mph

Going from a stock 31 or 32 inch tire to almost a 35" will drop you about 2 to 3 mpg on average. I was able to get 16 to 17 mpg on the highway running 315x70x17's on my '04 Lariat with help from an Edge programmer. I had the H2 Hummer tires that were Load range D with 50 psi max and they were not super heavy.
