lol i'm just messing with you too... BUT what you just said here proves to me that you were going downhill. To have it shoot from 17 to 25 mpg in that short of distance means the instant econ gauge had just been reset and you were getting BETTER than average numbers. Sorry, like already mentioned, post your trips for a complete tank by using a trip reset. I think your numbers will be slightly different.

why not just take what the advice that two people have already given... do a trip reset and report back? If your MPG is 25, I still won't believe you, but at least it's going to make me feel better. LOL

I got 26MPG going home last night and took a picture of it. 2012 5.0 SuperCab 3.31 Gears. It was late at night and there was no traffic about 70% Highway 30% town

Unrelated question...how do you get the gear listing that's in the far right side of the display?

The selector switch on the side of the shifter that you can use to lock out higher gears. If you just hit it once in either direction it will pop that display up and you can watch it shift through the gears.
