Well, that's one way to look at it........I do know that roundabouts are a LOT more fun now......And, at least I HAVE hair to blow in the wind, white though it be...

Almost every other Premium convertible we looked at online was a 2.0 Ecoboost. Just something about a 4 cylinder Mustang that doesn't ring right for me.

You know what's kind of odd? Both my EB F 150 and the GT get about the same mpg! Although, on 92/93 premium, the GT does a little better on the highway....

BUT, if you have any complaints about your stang or do overs on options, could you please share.
I am close to pulling the trigger on a 2105 GT Premium convertible and I am curious about issues, if any with your car.
Thanx

I know that's not a complaint, I mean look at the beautiful car you are driving.

As far as complaints --- make sure you get the package that has the navigation. That's the only thing missing from ours, so we dusted off the Garmin, which still works OK.
The only other things that surprised me are the the amount of cowl shake, even though the car comes with what looks like a substantial strut tower brace, and that the hood still has a metal prop rod --- which gets REALLY hot after a long run. The hood is heavy, so the prop rod is kind of a cheap out on Ford's part.
I already bought and installed Redlines hydraulic prop rods ($89 and 15 minute install) and the hood now operates the way it should. One hand and pop it up by itself.
On the plus side, I think that the stock exhaust sound is PERFECT ---- tunnel in second gear, redline PERFECT! It is very quiet at cruise, has a nice loud rumble at idle, and turns into a mechanical wail when you whip it. The seats are outstanding, as is the A6 trans. In sport mode, you don't even need the paddles on a curvy road. The trans gives you the right gear out of corners and virtually locks out 5th and 6th until you are cruising again....
This is getting to be a long post, so if you want more info, please feel free to PM me....
