Default Mounting my 42" Eyourlife LED bar

All suggestions here are appreciated.

I'm trying to find a way to lower my light bar. I mounted it with the brackets that came with it. I had to hit them on the belt sander a bit to make them fit. Maybe I can see a picture of how you mounted yours? Everything you see is temporary and still needs cleaned up.

My goal is to get the bar in between the bars on the grille. As you can see its fully blocking the bar. Thanks in Advance.

I have a 30" mounted in the same place, but have the 3 bar c clamp grill, so it shines through perfectly. I would add a spacer, probably about 3/4" under your brackets to raise it up to the next opening. It looks like you can't lower it anymore. Or, send it back and get a single row bar and mount it to the grill, then find two 6" bars and mount them vertically on each side of your grille.

How well do these light bars light up? Thinking of getting the 20" for where my plate holder is.

You would be amazed, pictures on here don't do them justice.

I echo that response. They're fantastic and you don't have to spend a lot to get a lot of light either.

Yep, if you like them, you can get 9 of them for the price of a Rigid. So maybe when I grow out of modding a truck, I still won't have spent that much

I got the same light bar for my son in a 32".
I did NOT use their side mounts.
I used 1/4" flat bar, small angle under it to reinforce it from flexing.
I set the light bar on it & used various washers & spacers to raise up the light bar & closed the hood several times to get my height I wanted.
Then I simply used some thick angle I had laying around, welded it to the length I needed it and drilled for the mounting holes.
It needs some better paint on it, (por15 will be coating it in spring)... But the pics should help you.

They work very good. I got my 52 inch on eBay for under $100 shipped. Mind you it's not as good as a $500 dollar light bar but for the money I'm very happy with it.
