Hi Grant,

Sorry about your mom. Horrible disease and I have empathy for anyone having to go through that.

Have you thought of driving on the south side of the border? I had a friend do it returning from Ontario and he saved a lot of money on gas, food and accommodations. Something to think about.

Either way, take your time and rest when you need it.

Dave

Thanks Dave I did think about it but I have friends I want to stop and see on the way through all the province's on my route....I had thought about taking 4- 5gal cans with me and filling them along the way, just have to google and find the cheapest place plus, I could use them for weight and they will be under the cover locked up......I can put them in the rear cargo extender, they wond slide around and be at the back end

My condolences and sorry for your loss.

I hope you have a safe ride over to Ontario! Lots of snow supposed to be coming in the next week over here (Ontario) so drive carefully!! Gas will be a hassle, but it is generally cheaper in Ontario, compared to BC (approximately $1.20-ish!) STILL expensive nonetheless!!!
